RECREATION AND AQUATICS MANAGER

REGULAR WORK HOURS:  Full Time, Flexible, 40 hours minimum per week

SALARY: $18.00/hr starting

POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the Parks and Recreation Director performs duties involving planning, developing, coordinating, implementing and supervising of recreation, fitness and aquatic programs at Hoffman Hall and the Wacouta Aquatic Park

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma; college degree preferred,3 to 5 years related experience, Valid driver’s license. Certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED, Certification as Certified Pool Operation (CPO), Certified Life Guard Trainer, Certified Lifeguard or, Certified Water Safety Instructor, or ability to achieve all listed above. Knowledge of and ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, codes and regulations and all applicable guidelines for aquatics facility.
